Not that I want to blow our own trumpet or anything, but I hear it most days ‘your balloons are the best’ or ‘why do your balloons last so much longer?’ Not a morning or afternoon goes by without seeing a face of a returning customer and between me and you I would say well over 80% of our balloon sales are from returning custom.

It wasn’t until last Saturday, we were busy in the shop and had a few customers waiting for their balloon Bouquet. One customer started explaining that they will only buy their balloons from us. This then turned into a full blown discussion of three separate customers praising the quality of our balloons and somewhere along the line all of them said “they are the best balloons”. For a moment I just stood there and listened and thought ‘this is something we should be proud of’ and trust me we are.
